JOB SCOPE

1. Manage the procurement of goods, materials, and services required by the company.

2. Source quotations and compare prices, quality, and delivery terms from suppliers.

3. Negotiate with suppliers to secure the best pricing and purchasing terms.

4. Prepare and process Purchase Orders (POs) accurately and efficiently.

5. Monitor delivery schedules and ensure timely receipt of purchased items.

6. Maintain strong relationships with existing suppliers and identify new sourcing opportunities.

7. Keep accurate purchasing records and ensure proper documentation.

8. Coordinate with internal departments to fulfil purchasing requirements.

9. Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management

10. To prepare monthly purchasing reports.

11. To assist any administrative matters.

QUALIFICATION

Bachelor’s in Quantity Surveying, Building Survey Chain Management, Purchasing, Logistics, or a related field.

EXPERIENCE

Minimum 2 years of experience in purchasing, procurement, or a related role is an advantage.

SKILL AND KNOWLEDGE

1. Strong negotiation, communication & interpersonal skills.

2. Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)

3. Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work under pressure.

4. Good organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask.

5. Experience in sourcing raw materials or direct production materials is preferred.

6. Possess a valid driving licence.

Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM2,600.00 per month
