About the Role
We are looking for a proactive, organised, and detail-oriented HR (Short-Term) to support our Human Resources operations. In this role, you will assist in recruitment, HR administration, employee relations, compliance, and continuous HR improvement initiatives. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates or early-career HR professionals to gain hands-on corporate HR experience with exposure to an international business environment.
What You'll Be Doing
- Support recruitment activities including job postings, candidate screening, interview coordination, and onboarding processes
- Maintain employee records, HR documentation, leave administration, and staff claims
- Assist in implementing and updating HR policies, procedures, and employee handbook
- Support employee relations matters including disciplinary documentation and policy compliance
- Assist in ensuring compliance with the Employment Act, Sabah & Sarawak Labour Ordinances, and other statutory requirements
- Support performance management processes and employee engagement initiatives
- Maintain HR-related Quality Management System (ISO) documentation
- Collaborate with various departments to support HR projects and business requirements
What We're Looking For
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
- 1–2 years of HR experience will be an added advantage
- Basic understanding of recruitment, HR administration, and Malaysian employment practices
- Knowledge of the Employment Act and statutory compliance is an advantage
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Organised, proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently
- Experience with ISO documentation or Good Distribution Practice for Medical Devices (GDPMD) will be an added advantage
