Kerja Sepenuh Masa Assistant Warehouse Manager, Gaji tinggi MYR 6,000 di NSK Trading Selangor - Maukerja

Salary : RM4000 – RM6000 (depending on experience)

Working Hours : 8.00 am - 7.00 pm

Working Days : Monday - Saturday

Job Responsibilities

- Ensure inventory stock is accurate and matches the inventory system.

- Monitor and control all stock movements (goods in & goods out) with proper checking and documentation.

- Verify and authorize all incoming and outgoing goods.

- Take responsibility for inventory accuracy and minimize stock discrepancies or losses.

- Supervise daily warehouse operations to ensure smooth, efficient and timely workflow.

- Plan and allocate manpower to ensure daily operational targets are achieved.

- Lead, supervise and motivate warehouse staff to maintain productivity and efficiency.

- Ensure all employees comply with company SOP, operational procedures and workplace safety requirements.

- Monitor staff performance, attendance, discipline, work quality and provide guidance where necessary.

- Ensure the warehouse is clean, organized and operates in a safe working environment.

- Coordinate with purchasing, sales and other departments to ensure smooth warehouse operations.

- Prepare and submit inventory and operational reports as required by management.

- Perform any other duties assigned by management.

Requirements

- Minimum 3 years of experience in warehouse, inventory or logistics operations.

- At least 1–2 years of experience in a supervisory or leadership role.

- Good knowledge of inventory control and warehouse operations.

- Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.

- Responsible, disciplined, proactive and detail-oriented.

- Able to use inventory or warehouse management systems.

- Forklift driving experience or certification is an added advantage.

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
