Full Time Senior Project Manager – Digital Channels (Web - Mobile) Jobs, Salary up to MYR 16,000 in Encora Federal Territory - Maukerja

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead the delivery of enterprise Digital Channel initiatives across Web and Mobile platforms. The ideal candidate will manage end-to-end project execution, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure successful delivery of digital transformation projects within scope, budget, and timeline. Experience in Banking, Financial Services, or Insurance is highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of digital channel (Web & Mobile) projects.
• Manage project scope, schedule, budget, risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Coordinate business, technology, vendors, and external stakeholders.
• Facilitate requirement gathering, project planning, execution, testing, and deployment.
• Ensure projects follow Agile/Scrum or Waterfall methodologies as appropriate.
• Monitor project progress and provide regular status reporting to senior management.
• Drive issue resolution and risk mitigation.
• Manage project governance, change requests, and release planning.
• Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and business objectives.

Mandatory Skills & Experience

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• 10+ years of overall IT experience.
• 5+ years of Project Management experience delivering enterprise applications.
• Strong experience managing Web and Mobile application projects.
• Experience in Digital Transformation initiatives.
• Agile/Scrum and Waterfall delivery methodologies.
• Strong stakeholder and vendor management skills.
• Experience managing cross-functional technical teams.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Pay: RM13,000.00 - RM16,000.00 per month
