Full Time Production Planner Executive Jobs, Salary up to MYR 3,500 in MEDISAFE TECHNOLOGIES SDN BHD Selangor - Maukerja

The Production Planner Executive is responsible for developing and maintaining production schedules across MTSB's manufacturing sites, ensuring materials, manpower, and machine capacity are aligned to meet customer delivery commitments. The role translates confirmed sales orders and forecasts into achievable production plans, and monitors progress against plan on a daily/weekly basis.

The Production Planner Executive works closely with Production, SCM, Sales & Marketing, and QARA to balance capacity, resolve scheduling conflicts, and escalate constraints early. The role maintains accurate planning records and provides regular reporting on schedule adherence, order status, and production output to support timely and informed decision-making.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Production Planning & Scheduling

Develop daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules based on confirmed sales orders, forecasts, and available capacity.

Sequence production runs to optimize machine utilization, changeover time, and on-time delivery performance.

Adjust and re-prioritize schedules promptly in response to urgent orders, machine breakdowns, or material shortages.

Material & Capacity Coordination

Coordinate with SCM/Purchasing to ensure raw materials and components are available to support the production plan.

Monitor machine and manpower capacity against planned workload, and flag capacity gaps or bottlenecks early.

Support capacity planning for new products, machine additions, or line changes.

Order Fulfilment & Delivery Monitoring

Track production progress against plan and provide timely updates on order status to Sales & Marketing and customers where required.

Identify and escalate potential delivery delays, working with Production and SCM to develop recovery plans.

Monitor and report on-time-in-full (OTIF) delivery performance.

Cross-Department Coordination

Work closely with Production, SCM, QARA, and Sales & Marketing to align on priorities, constraints, and delivery commitments.

Participate in production/planning meetings to communicate schedule changes and resolve conflicts.

Support New Product Introduction (NPI) and engineering change coordination from a planning perspective.

Documentation & Reporting

Maintain accurate production planning records, schedules, and planning system/ERP data.

Prepare regular reports on schedule adherence, output, backlog, and work-in-progress (WIP) status.

Support data accuracy for production and inventory reporting.

KPI Reporting

Prepare and submit monthly KPI reports covering planning and delivery performance against agreed targets.

Track relevant planning KPI data throughout the month to ensure accurate, timely reporting.

General & Ad-Hoc

Ensure production planning activities comply with applicable regulatory (ISO 13485/GMP) and company quality requirements.

Perform any other duties as assigned by the Production Manager/HOD or Management.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
