Job Description:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Account Assistant to support our finance team with day-to-day accounting tasks. The ideal candidate should have a basic understanding of accounting principles and a willingness to learn and grow within the role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in daily accounting operations including data entry and filing
• Handle accounts payable and receivable processes
• Prepare and process invoices, receipts, and payments
• Reconcile bank statements and maintain accurate financial records
• Support in monthly and yearly closing activities
• Assist in preparing financial reports and documents as required
• Liaise with internal departments and external parties (e.g. auditors, vendors) when necessary
• Maintain proper documentation and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

Requirements:

• Minimum SPM / Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and accounting software
• Good attention to detail, organizational skills, and time management
• Able to work independently and in a team environment
• Strong sense of responsibility and willingness to learn
