Key Responsibilities

Drive sales growth by identifying, developing, and closing new business opportunities.

Generate new sales leads and secure new client contracts.

Identify potential clients and promote the company's products and services to both new and existing customers.

Build, maintain, and strengthen long-term relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.

Follow up on new business opportunities, arrange client meetings, and conduct sales

presentations tailored to customer needs.

Prepare and submit quotations, proposals, tenders, and other sales-related documentation.

Coordinate with internal teams to support project planning, execution, and successful

project delivery.

Ensure client satisfaction throughout the delivery of Commercial, Commercial &

Industrial (C&I) projects.

Attend to customer enquiries and resolve complaints related to Residential projects in a

timely and professional manner.

Support marketing initiatives, campaigns, promotional activities, and oversee the

development of marketing materials to generate leads.

Communicate new product and service developments to prospective and existing clients.

Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements to identify

business opportunities.

Prepare regular sales reports, business development updates, sales forecasts, and

maintain accurate records of prospects and client engagements.

Provide management with customer feedback, market insights, and recommendations to improve business performance.

Perform any other duties as assigned by the immediate superior.

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
