Job Summary

Responsible for ensuring the safety and security of hotel guests, staff, and property. The Security Officer monitors activities, enforces hotel policies, responds to emergencies, and prepares accurate reports on all incidents.

Key Responsibilities

• Patrol hotel premises regularly (lobby, guest floors, parking, back-of-house areas)
• Monitor CCTV systems and report any suspicious activity
• Control access at staff entrances and ensure proper identification
• Respond promptly to emergencies (fire alarm, medical cases, disturbances)
• Handle guest or staff complaints related to security issues
• Conduct checks on fire safety equipment and emergency exits
• Investigate incidents such as theft, accidents, or misconduct
• Prepare and submit daily reports, incident reports, and occurrence logs accurately and on time
• Coordinate with local authorities (police, fire department) when required
• Ensure compliance with hotel safety policies and procedures

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
