Kerja Sepenuh Masa Welder, Gaji tinggi MYR 3,300 di Seremban Engineering Berhad Negeri Sembilan - Maukerja

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform welding using SMAW, FCAW, GTAW, SAW, MMA, as per job requirements.
• Weld metal components such as plates, sheets, pipes, channels, frames, and structural assemblies.
• Conduct weld repairs, rework, and finishing as needed.
• Work with fitters to assemble components prior to welding.
• Perform cutting, grinding, and cleaning of weld joints before and after welding.
• Inspect weld joints for quality defects (porosity, undercut, spatter, misalignment).
• Follow WPS (Welding Procedure Specifications) when applicable.
• Make adjustments to achieve required penetration, bead appearance, and overall quality.
• Operate welding machines, gas-cutting torches, angle grinders, and basic fabrication tools.
• Perform routine maintenance on welding machines, cables, and torches.
• Follow all welding safety standards and company safety procedures.
• Use required PPE such as welding helmet, gloves, aprons, safety shoes, and eye protection.\Report faulty equipment, material shortages, or defects to the supervisor.

Education

• SPM or equivalent
• Qualified Welder Certificates (SMAW, FCAW, GTAW, SAW, MMA)

Experience

• 1–3 years of experience in metal fabrication or related manufacturing work.
• Experience operating fabrication tools and machines preferred.
• Good teamwork and communication.
• Ability to follow instructions with minimal supervision.
• Strong attention to detail and quality.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,300.00 per month
