Job Summary

You will run the daily operations of one gaming centre outlet — leading the team, hitting sales targets, and ensuring customers enjoy a clean, safe, and well-run venue.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily opening, closing, and floor operations to ensure smooth outlet functioning
• Lead, roster, and train the outlet team to maintain high performance and service standards
• Drive sales and booking performance to meet or exceed monthly targets
• Manage cash handling, perform daily sales reconciliation, and monitor stock levels accurately
• Address customer feedback and complaints professionally to enhance customer satisfaction
• Maintain equipment functionality, cleanliness, and safety standards throughout the outlet
• Report sales, attendance, and incidents promptly and accurately to management

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• 1–2 years of supervisory experience in retail, F&B, or entertainment sectors
• Ability to lead a small team and work on weekends, public holidays, and shifts
• Proficient in using POS and booking systems and interpreting basic sales figures
• Effective communication skills in English; knowledge of other languages is a plus for customer interaction
• Responsible and trustworthy in cash handling with a strong service orientation
