Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and versatile Warehouse Assistant to join our team. You will manage inventory, receive and inspect shipments, pack e-commerce orders promptly, and support the manager with ad-hoc tasks.

Responsibilities

• Organize and maintain inventory to ensure accurate stock levels and easy retrieval
• Receive and inspect incoming shipments to verify accuracy and quality before storage
• Pack items from e-commerce platforms promptly to meet delivery schedules
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment to support operational efficiency
• Support the manager by performing ad-hoc duties as required to facilitate smooth warehouse operations
• Communicate effectively with team members and customers to resolve issues and provide service

• Previous experience in warehouse management or related fields
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
