Responsibilities
- Must have experience in IT project/programme management, preferably in the banking or financial services industry.
- Extensive experience leading large-scale, multi-market platform implementations.
- Strong focus on Trade Finance is essential.
- Experience in Payments, Lending, or Markets is highly advantageous.
- Proven ability to manage scope, quality, risk, and budget while balancing competing priorities.
- Strong leadership skills with a track record of aligning diverse, culturally diverse teams and driving accountability.
- Experience managing cross-functional and remote teams across multiple time zones.
- Familiarity with IT systems, SDLC, and technical terminology.
- Proficiency in project management tools such as MS Project, Jira, Trello, and MS Office Suite.
- Core Banking Systems: Deep understanding of banking technologies and experience with solutions such as CGI Trade360, FIS ACBS, Finastra GPP, Oracle FLEXCUBE, or Oracle ERP (preferred).
- Regional Expertise: Exposure to Asia Pacific markets is highly desirable.
- Communication: Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, including presenting delivery progress to senior executives.
- Problem Solving: Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Certifications: Project management certification such as PMP or CAPM is a plus.
- Technical Background: Experience or certification in infrastructure domains, security, cloud, and automation is beneficial.
- Digitization: Experience in driving the digitization of trade finance processes.
