Looking for a FInance Manager with good exposures in regional consolidation for a PLC based in KL.

Our client is a well-established multinational PLC with diversified operations across multiple international markets. As part of its continued growth and expansion, the organization is seeking an experienced finance professional to lead regional financial reporting and consolidation activities across its overseas business portfolio.

This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially minded finance leader to gain regional exposure while partnering closely with business and finance stakeholders across different jurisdictions.

Your new role

• Lead the preparation and review of consolidated financial statements and management reports for regional and overseas entities.
• Ensure compliance with applicable financial reporting standards, corporate policies, and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate month-end, quarter-end, and year-end reporting processes across multiple international operations.
• Partner with overseas finance teams to strengthen financial controls, governance frameworks, and operational procedures.
• Review and enhance accounting policies and reporting processes to drive consistency, accuracy, and efficiency across the group.
• Act as a key liaison between headquarters and regional finance teams to ensure timely and effective communication of reporting requirements.
• Support business leaders with financial insights and analysis to facilitate informed decision-making.
• Work closely with tax, audit, and other corporate functions to ensure compliance with statutory and tax obligations.
• Participate in finance transformation and process improvement initiatives to enhance reporting quality and operational effectiveness.

What you'll need to succeed

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a recognised professional accounting qualification.
• Membership with a recognised professional accounting body such as MIA, ACCA, CPA, ICAEW, CA ANZ, or equivalent.
• Minimum 7 years of progressive accounting and finance experience, including leadership responsibilities.
• Strong experience in regional reporting, group consolidation, and financial management within a complex corporate environment.
• Solid understanding of MFRS, IFRS, and group reporting requirements.
• Proven ability to work effectively with stakeholders across different countries and cultures.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Highly organised, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
