Responsibilities

Finance Intern | Winter Intake | Financial Literacy, Mentorship & Professional Development (Limited Intake)

Financial Literacy | Industry Exposure | Structured Learning

We believe meaningful development comes from combining practical experience with the right guidance. Through structured mentorship, hands-on projects, and real industry exposure, our Winter Finance Internship helps students and young adults build financial knowledge, develop workplace skills, and gain confidence in a professional environment.

Working alongside experienced professionals, you'll apply your learning through meaningful projects, gain insight into how the financial services industry operates, and receive continuous mentorship and feedback that support both your technical and professional development.

Whether you're considering a future in finance, business, consulting, or another professional field, this internship offers a supportive environment where you can broaden your knowledge, contribute to meaningful projects, and build a strong foundation for future career opportunities.

Role Focus

This internship is built around two key areas of development:

Financial Literacy: Build a practical understanding of core financial concepts, informed decision-making, and the foundations of long-term financial well-being.

Industry Exposure: Gain first-hand insight into the financial services industry through structured training, mentorship, practical projects, and exposure to day-to-day business operations.

Throughout the programme, you'll reinforce your learning by contributing to real projects that build practical experience and professional confidence.

What You'll Do

  • Support operational and administrative activities, including documentation, coordination, preparation, and follow-up.
  • Participate in structured learning sessions covering financial concepts, market developments, and industry insights.
  • Assist with research, presentation preparation, information gathering, and project coordination under mentor guidance.
  • Gain exposure to professional workflows, from planning and analysis through execution and review.
  • Receive ongoing mentorship and constructive feedback to strengthen technical and workplace skills.
  • Work alongside team members on projects while developing communication, organisation, and problem-solving abilities.

What You'll Gain

  • Practical exposure to the financial services industry through meaningful workplace experience.
  • A stronger understanding of financial literacy and industry fundamentals.
  • Enhanced communication, organisation, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Greater confidence working within professional and collaborative environments.
  • Ongoing mentorship from experienced industry professionals.
  • Valuable experience that strengthens your résumé for future internships and career opportunities.
  • A solid foundation for graduate programmes and long-term professional growth.
