Job Summary

Manage warehouse operations and coordinate logistics activities to ensure efficient order fulfillment and customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to customer inquiries and provide accurate updates on order status to ensure clear communication and customer satisfaction
• Coordinate logistics activities with customer-appointed forwarders, local and international truckers, warehouse teams, and shipping teams to ensure seamless operations
• Develop, implement, and maintain customer KPIs, SOPs, and operational objectives to drive performance and continuous improvement
• Arrange local truck collections and deliveries to meet scheduling and operational requirements
• Coordinate container stuffing, unstuffing, and fumigation with third-party vendors as required to ensure compliance and timely shipments
• Facilitate stocktaking activities to maintain accurate inventory records and support warehouse accuracy
• Organize packing and crating services when necessary to protect goods during transit
• Compile and reconcile weekly and monthly billing spreadsheets to support accurate invoicing and financial tracking
• Conduct physical checks on receiving and releasing goods as needed to ensure inventory integrity
• Assist warehouse teams with container tally sheets and other ad hoc tasks to support operational efficiency

Required competencies and certifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience managing warehouse operations and resources in a warehouse environment
• Proficient in warehouse and inventory management applications to support operational workflows
• Competent in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint to prepare reports and presentations
• Analytical skills to assess operational data and apply critical thinking for problem-solving
• Strong accountability and teamwork skills to contribute effectively in a collaborative environment
• Ability to adapt quickly to a fast-paced work environment to maintain productivity and meet deadlines

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• General knowledge of logistics to understand supply chain processes and support coordination
