Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests warmly and professionally to create a positive first impression
• Take food and drink orders accurately to ensure correct preparation and delivery
• Serve dishes and beverages promptly to maintain guest satisfaction and service flow
• Clear and reset tables efficiently to prepare for new guests and maintain dining area readiness
• Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the dining area to uphold hygiene standards
• Respond to customer queries and resolve basic issues professionally to enhance guest experience
• Coordinate closely with kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth and timely service
• Handle cashier duties accurately as needed to support payment processes
• Follow all hygiene and safety standards to ensure a safe dining environment
• Perform other ad-hoc duties assigned by Management to support restaurant operations
