Kerja Sepenuh Masa Project Manager, Gaji tinggi SGD 6,500 di XIAOHONG PROPERTY MANAGEMENT PTE. LTD. Central Region (Singapore) - Maukerja

Job Responsibilities:

• Act as liaison between internal PMs & vendors on all project matters, including managing project deliverables which includes making presentations, liaison with various internal stakeholders
• Direct involvement in all procurement matters from start to end, including calling of tenders to contract approvals
• Creates and manages detailed project budgets. This includes supervising budget re-allocations, change orders, commitments, expenditures, forecasts and analysis on a regular basis
• Leads regular scheduled project meetings and documentation of assigned tasks
• Coordinate and monitor various functions of all parties, including the architect, consultants and contractors to ensure projects are executed in compliance with relevant authorities’ requirements
• Liaise with relevant authorities, if necessary, to expedite with the necessary approvals
• Track project milestones and deliverables and to effectively communicate to the stakeholders of the project progress, issues and mitigation plans

Requirements:

• Degree in Real Estate, Architectural, Constructions or other relevant fields
• Architectural background and PMP certified would be advantageous and preferred.
• Min 8 years or more of experience in property development with good knowledge of real estate and property architecture planning
• Well versed in Singapore property development and rules and regulations of the relevant authorities
• Good knowledge of authorities’ submissions, conversant with local codes, and regulations and procedures in Singapore
