Key Responsibilities

• Manage ERP workflows related to project commercial activities.
• Prepare and manage project budgets and cost plans.
• Monitor committed costs, actual costs, forecast costs and cost-to-complete.
• Track project margins and ensure commercial performance targets are achieved.
• Prepare financial reports and provide cost analysis to management.
• Manage variation orders, claims and final accounts.
• Drive commercial discipline throughout the project lifecycle.
• Collaborate with project managers, procurement teams and finance to ensure accurate cost reporting.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor in Singapore construction or interior fit-out projects.
• Strong knowledge of project budgeting, forecasting and cost control.
• Experience using ERP systems for project commercial management.
• Excellent analytical, negotiation and commercial management skills.
• Able to manage multiple projects while maintaining accuracy and deadlines.
