As an adjunct trainer with Avantus, you will play a key role in strengthening our course offerings in digital transformation, AI adoption, data-driven decision making, cybersecurity, cloud technologies, and emerging technologies that are shaping the future economy.

• Programming – Python for Business, Data Analytics, AI Applications, Automation

• Cybersecurity – Risk Management, Cloud Security, Threat Intelligence, Governance, Risk & Compliance

• Cloud Computing & DevOps – AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud Platform, CI/CD, Infrastructure Automation

• Web & Mobile Development – Full-Stack Development, Low-Code / No-Code Platforms

• Emerging Technologies – Blockchain, Web3, IoT, AR/VR, Digital Twins, Robotic Process Automation (RPA)

• Workplace Productivity & Collaboration – Microsoft 365, Collaboration Platforms, AI-Enhanced Productivity Tools

Key responsibilities

• Deliver engaging and practical training sessions for adult learners and corporate participants

• Facilitate hands-on activities, case studies, and real-world applications

• Mentor and coach learners to build workplace-ready competencies

• Conduct assessments and ensure delivery complies with WSQ and SkillsFuture quality standards

• Develop, customise, and continuously improve training materials and learning resources

• Contribute to the enhancement and expansion of Avantus’ digital course offerings

• Stay current with industry developments and integrate emerging trends into training delivery

• Maintain compliance with curriculum, assessment, and regulatory requirements

Requirements

• ACLP (Advanced Certificate in Learning and Performance) or ACTA (Advanced Certificate in Training and Assessment)

• Strong passion for adult education and workforce development

• Excellent presentation, facilitation, and communication skills in English

• Proven experience delivering training, workshops, or professional development programmes

• Ability to engage diverse learner groups and create an inclusive learning environment

• Industry certifications such as Google, AWS, Microsoft, CISSP, CompTIA, Tableau, Power BI, or equivalent will be an added advantage

• Current industry practice or consulting experience is highly desirable
