Job Responsibility

• Provide second-line support for end users, production users, and infrastructure-related incidents. • Administer and support Windows desktops, laptops, and Windows Server environments.

• Maintain and troubleshoot hyper-converged infrastructure (HCI) platforms.

• Support network infrastructure, including switches, routing, VLANs, and connectivity across office and manufacturing areas.

• Administer and monitor firewall policies, access controls, and basic network security configuration.

• Support machine network connectivity between manufacturing equipment, production systems, and backend infrastructure.

• Maintain application servers and SQL Server environments to support production and business operations.

• Perform root-cause analysis for recurring incidents and implement preventive actions.

• Work closely with vendors, engineers, and operations teams to resolve infrastructure and system issues.

• Ensure system availability, data integrity, and compliance with internal standards and regulatory expectations.

• Assist with patching, backup validation, account administration, and routine server maintenance.

• Support IT documentation, SOPs, change management, and audit-related activities.
