Responsiblilities

• Lead design and creativity on projects, overseeing everything from concept and space planning to development and presentation, ensuring high-quality results with minimal supervision.
• Proactively gather and share external inspiration and references to enhance creative design solutions.
• Conduct site visits, take measurements, respond to design needs, and create layout plans while selecting appropriate materials.
• Manage project communication by coordinating with design teams, clients, construction, suppliers, and contractors, ensuring all meetings are well-documented.
• Develop and submit accurate, timely design proposals for projects.
• Showcase a strong understanding of materials, their applications, and how they are presented.
• Ensure projects are completed successfully within agreed timelines and budgets.

Qualifications

• Required skill(s): AutoCAD, Adobe Photoshop, Sketch Up, Microsoft Office is a must
• At least 3 year(s) of working experience in Corporate Office Interior Design
• Excellent communication skill(s) including both written and oral (to be able to communicate efficiently with clients, consultants and contractors to produce concept design, space planning and presentation)
• Persuasive & influential to acquire best value from vendors
• Responsive and proactive and have real passion
