Job Summary

Support electrical engineers and supervisors by assisting with installation, maintenance, testing, and site coordination to ensure safe and efficient electrical project execution.

Responsibilities

• Assist engineers and supervisors with daily electrical installation and maintenance tasks to support project progress
• Interpret basic electrical drawings, wiring diagrams, and work instructions to guide installation and repair activities
• Install cables, cable trays, conduits, lighting, control panels, and electrical equipment following specifications
• Perform basic electrical testing, troubleshooting, and repairs under supervision to maintain system functionality
• Conduct site inspections and document work progress to ensure compliance with project plans
• Verify availability and condition of materials, tools, and equipment needed for site activities
• Coordinate daily work schedules with workers, subcontractors, and site supervisors to optimize workflow
• Prepare simple reports, checklists, photographs, and maintenance records to track project status
• Adhere to workplace safety procedures, approved method statements, and company policies to maintain a safe work environment
• Maintain tools and keep the work area clean and organized to support operational efficiency
• Carry out additional electrical and project-support duties as assigned by engineers or supervisors

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Basic Microsoft Office skills to assist with documentation and reporting
• Fresh ITE graduates are encouraged to apply
