Job Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate HVAC installation works at the project site, ensuring compliance with project specifications, drawings, quality standards, and safety regulations.
• Monitor site progress and ensure works are completed according to the project schedule.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal project teams to resolve technical and site issues.
• Review HVAC shop drawings, method statements, material submissions, and technical documents.
• Conduct site inspections and ensure all installations comply with approved drawings and relevant codes.
• Prepare daily site reports, progress reports, and inspection records.
• Coordinate testing, commissioning, and handover activities for HVAC systems.
• Attend site meetings and provide technical support during project execution.
• Ensure proper resource planning, including manpower, materials, and equipment.
• Identify project risks and propose corrective actions to maintain project quality and schedule.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or a related engineering discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of site experience in HVAC installation for industrial, pharmaceutical, semiconductor, cleanroom, or commercial building projects.
• Good knowledge of HVAC systems, including:Air Handling Units (AHU)Fan Coil Units (FCU)Chilled Water SystemsVentilation SystemsExhaust SystemsDuctwork and Piping
• Experience in cleanroom HVAC systems is an advantage.
• Familiar with local codes, standards, and construction practices.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD (BIM/Revit knowledge is an advantage).
• Able to work independently in a fast-paced construction environment.
