If you’re a highly-motivated team player who can work independently, eager to learn with initiatives to improve the quality of coffee serve to customers, we’d love to hear from you!

Job Highlights:

• Calibration of coffee machine, grinders as well as maintenance of equipment as per SOP
• Welcoming customers, informing them about new products, answering queries and accepting orders, manage cashiering using the POS machine.
• Preparation of coffee beverages accurately and promptly.
• Able to work independently during peak hours, ability to multitask, enjoy a fast-pace working environment, while maintaining a positive and self-motivated attitude
• Preparing, packing, and serving food and beverages for sale
• Monitoring the store’s inventory, replenish and reorder items in display or OOS backend
• Maintaining the cleanliness at the bar and daily cleaning schedule
• Training will be provided to ensure team players adhere to the SOPs and deliver consistent high quality of beverages
• Constantly innovate, R&D to create new recipes with our founder for menu and retail

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of working experience in a F&B setting (preferred)
• Basic knowledge of coffee, brewing techniques
• Understanding of specialty coffee and coffee roasting are additional plus points
• Highly-motivated, passionate individuals who have a drive for coffee
• Customer-centric, detail oriented with good English command
• Able to perform and work on shifts, weekends and public holidays.

Available positions: Full Time / Permanent / Part Time

• 5.5 working days per week for full time position
