Company Description Symphony Digest Sdn Bhd (“Symphony”) is a professional training company specializing in training for the financial services industry and also the Protege programme.

Role Description The Learning and Development Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Kelana Jaya, Petaling Jaya, Malaysia. This role involves communicating with clients and Prospects about our training programmes, advising clients on suitable courses for their needs, solving any issue clients may face, facilitating the smooth sale closing and implementation of the training, assist in conducting Protege training modules and other relevant tasks.

Qualifications

• Experience in learning and development, training coordination, or talent development within a professional or corporate environment is an advantage.
• Strong communication, presentation, and facilitation skills, with the ability to engage diverse groups of learners.
• Solid organizational and time management skills, including the ability to manage multiple programs and deadlines.
• Proficiency in MS Office and basic digital tools for training materials, reporting, and virtual support where needed.
• The successful candidate will also be considered for sponsorship for the Train the Trainer certification.
