Kerja Sepenuh Masa, Front Office Duty Manager di Sand & Sandals Desaru Beach Resort & Spa Johor - Maukerja

• Oversee the daily operations of the Front Office and ensure smooth guest arrivals and departures.
• Lead and motivate the Front Office team to deliver exceptional guest service.
• Handle guest feedback, complaints, and service recovery professionally.
• Ensure adherence to hotel policies, procedures, and brand standards.
• Coordinate with Housekeeping, Engineering, Security, and other departments to ensure seamless operations.
• Prepare daily reports and monitor room inventory, occupancy, and guest satisfaction.
• Assist in training, coaching, and developing Front Office associates.

• Diploma or Degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is preferred.
• Minimum 2 years' experience in a supervisory role within the Front Office department of a hotel.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and a positive attitude.
• Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
• Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Additional languages are an advantage.
• Experience with hotel PMS systems will be an added advantage.
