Kerja Sepenuh Masa, Wafer Test Engineer di Fuji Electric (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd. Kedah - Maukerja

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and set up recipes for products and troubleshoot wafer test machines.
• Support Wafer Test Engineering activities, including static and dynamic testing, cost reduction, productivity enhancement, and yield improvement.
• Operate Oscilloscope and others related test equipment.
• Diagnose machine issue during testing, identify root cause and perform basic maintenance to restore operation.
• Manage daily operation activities and lot flow to achieve production targets.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards and production target established by Management.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor / Master’s Degree in Electrical/ Electronics/ Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of working experience in Wafer processes will be an added advantage.
• Knowledge in Oscilloscope is beneficial.
• Strong in semiconductor device knowledge and ability to elaborate working principle of the wafer fabrication process.
• Excellent in electrical characteristic analysis, and able to interpret electrical drawings for Tester problem troubleshooting.
• A self-motivated team player who can work independently with good interpersonal skills.
