Role Description

• Deliver engaging and interactive training sessions
• Customise training materials, activities and case studies to suit the participants.
• Facilitate group discussions, presentations, role plays and practical activities.
• Encourage active participation and provide constructive feedback to participants.
• Conduct pre- and post-training assessments, where required.
• Observe and report on participants’ engagement, performance and areas for improvement.
• Work closely with the team and comply with the client’s requirements, schedule and professional standards.
• Maintain confidentiality and demonstrate professional conduct throughout the programme..

Qualifications

• Degree or professional qualification in a relevant field.
• Strong presentation, communication and facilitation skills.
• Able to deliver interactive, practical and engaging training sessions.
• HRD Corp Accredited Trainer certification is an added advantage.
• Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• 1-2 years of working experience is preferred.
