Working Hours

Monday to Friday | 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM

Job Responsibilities

• Communicate with suppliers to request quotations, product information, and delivery updates.
• Prepare and process purchase orders accurately.
• Compare quotations from suppliers to obtain the best pricing and terms.
• Follow up on purchase orders to ensure timely delivery.
• Coordinate with suppliers, warehouse, sales, and accounts departments.
• Maintain accurate purchasing records and documentation.
• Monitor stock levels and assist in inventory replenishment.
• Track logistics and ensure goods are received in good condition.
• Build and maintain good relationships with suppliers.
• Conduct basic market research on products, pricing, and new suppliers.
• Ensure purchasing activities comply with company policies and procedures.

Job Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in purchasing/procurement is preferred.
• Proficient in basic computer applications, including Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.
• Familiarity with the AutoCount system will be an added advantage.
• Responsible, proactive, and willing to learn.
