Position Summary: The role involves operating, monitoring, and maintaining all Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) services/systems, mechanical and plant equipment, and building content services (e.g., carpentry, electrical, air conditioning, plumbing, AV, telephone, painting, carpeting).

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform maintenance and preventive maintenance on M&E services.
• Modify and install M&E equipment and plant.
• Reinstatement of premises after tenant check-outs.
• Attend to emergency breakdowns and routine inspections of M&E equipment.
• Repair and maintain various building systems (e.g., air-conditioning, plumbing, electrical, fire protection).
• Participate in R&M programs, special functions, and project works.
• Monitor and operate air-conditioning plants and other M&E installations.
• Maintain records of log sheets and checklists.
• Supervise lift operations during power failures and attend to tenant complaints.
• Work on rotating shifts and respond to emergencies as needed.

This position requires a proactive approach to maintenance, ensuring the smooth operation of all building systems and responding promptly to any issues.

Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM2,500.00 per month

Education:

• STM/STPM (Required)

Experience:

• building maintenance: 1 year (Preferred)
• HVAC: 1 year (Preferred)
• Civil engineering: 1 year (Preferred)
