Tanggungjawab
- Provide first-level technical support to hotel employees for computer hardware, software, printers, telephones, and other IT equipment.
- Assist in installing, configuring, and maintaining desktop computers, laptops, printers, and peripheral devices.
- Support the setup and maintenance of hotel networks, Wi-Fi access points, and internet connectivity.
- Assist in troubleshooting hardware, software, and network-related issues.
- Help maintain user accounts, email accounts, and system access permissions.
- Perform routine preventive maintenance on IT equipment and ensure systems are operating efficiently.
- Assist in monitoring server rooms, backup systems, and antivirus updates.
- Property Management System (PMS)
- Point of Sale (POS)
- Key Card Lock System
- CCTV System
- Telephone/PBX System
- Assist with software installation, upgrades, and system updates.
- Maintain an inventory of IT equipment and accessories.
- Document technical issues, service requests, and completed maintenance activities.
Pay: Up to RM500.00 per month
