JOB DESCRIPTION
The Employee’s duties and responsibilities as Junior Project Manager include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Lead and manage HR project implementations, ensuring successful execution within the defined scope, budget, and timeline.
- Develop and oversee project plans, schedules, and deliverables while ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Act as the main point of contact between clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure seamless communication and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle.
- Assign and track project tasks, ensuring resources are effectively allocated and utilized to meet deadlines and quality standards.
- Identify potential project risks, develop mitigation strategies, and proactively address challenges to prevent disruptions.
- Maintain accurate project documentation, including project plans, meeting minutes, status reports, and action items to ensure transparency and accountability.
- Facilitate regular project meetings, providing updates on progress, challenges, and solutions to key stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements during project execution.
- Conduct post-implementation reviews and collect stakeholder feedback to identify areas for process improvement.
- Provide leadership, training, and support to team members to foster continuous learning and enhance overall project execution capabilities.
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
