Technical Assistant – Job Responsibilities

• Carry out routine inspections and preventive maintenance for buildings and facilities.
• Perform minor repairs involving electrical, plumbing, mechanical, civil, and landscaping works.
• Respond to and resolve maintenance requests and complaints through the MyAduan system.
• Assist in preparing maintenance reports, documentation, and progress updates.
• Support daily building operations and ensure facilities remain safe and well-maintained.
• Be available for 24-hour standby duties based on the assigned schedule. (Standby allowance provided after confirmation.)
• Assist with ad hoc maintenance tasks, office operations, and company activities as required. (Overtime or allowance provided where applicable.

Requirements

• Minimum SKM or Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, or a related field.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Graduates from Vocational Colleges are welcome to apply.
• Willing to stay at the staff accommodation during standby duty.
• Basic knowledge of electrical wiring and plumbing is an advantage.

Working Hours
Monday – Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
First Saturday of the month: Half-day (8:00 AM – 1:00 PM) & 24-hour standby duties based on the assigned schedule.

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
