Follow up with customers who are required by the bank to submit additional documents
Contact customers via phone calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels to ensure requested documents are submitted promptly.
Coordinate with banks, sales consultants, and internal teams to resolve documentation issues and improve approval rates.
Monitor customer cases daily and ensure all follow-up actions are completed within the required timeline.
Remind customers of their first monthly instalment/payment date after loan approval.
Contact customers who have missed or delayed their first payment and assist them in resolving the issue promptly.
Maintain accurate follow-up records and update customer statuses in the CRM system.

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,300.00 per month
