Kerja Sepenuh Masa ACCOUNT ASSISTANT, Gaji tinggi MYR 3,000 di FEPA SDN BHD Johor - Maukerja

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist daily Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) functions.
• Prepare invoices, payment vouchers, debit notes and credit notes.
• Process supplier payments and customer collections.
• Perform bank reconciliations and maintain petty cash records.
• Assist in month-end closing and preparation of accounting schedules.
• Maintain accurate accounting records and filing systems.
• Support SST, e-Invoice and statutory submissions.
• Prepare and maintain accounting documents related to import and export transactions.
• Perform other accounting and administrative duties assigned by the Finance Manager.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or related discipline.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Minimum 1 year of accounting experience will be an added advantage.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and accounting software (SQL Accounting, AutoCount, UBS or similar).
• Familiarity with manufacturing accounting or LMW operations is an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail, responsible and able to meet deadlines.
• Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
