Position: HR Executive
Salary: RM3,000 – RM4,500
Working Days: Monday – Friday
Working Hours: 7.30 AM – 5.30 PM
Location: No. 18, Jalan Industri Seberang 1, Kawasan Industri Seberang Temerloh, 28000 Temerloh, Pahang

Job Description

We are seeking a structured and analytical HR Executive to focus on employee performance management, KPI development, and workforce planning.

In this role, you will be responsible for developing performance measurement systems, monitoring staff productivity, coordinating performance reviews, and supporting workforce planning initiatives. You will work closely with management and department heads to ensure employee performance aligns with company objectives while maintaining a structured and data-driven HR system.

This role is ideal for individuals who are detail-oriented, analytical, and capable of managing performance evaluation frameworks within a growing organization.

Key Responsibilities

1) Performance Management & KPI Development

  • Develop, implement, and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) across different departments
  • Work closely with management and department heads to align employee KPIs with company business objectives
  • Review and update KPI frameworks periodically to ensure relevance and effectiveness
  • Monitor staff performance data and identify areas that require improvement

2) Performance Review & Staff Evaluation

  • Conduct quarterly or bi-annual employee performance reviews
  • Prepare performance reports and analysis for management review
  • Support supervisors and managers in conducting fair and structured performance evaluations
  • Recommend performance improvement plans (PIP) for employees who require additional support

3) Staff Performance Monitoring

Track employee productivity, attendance patterns, and work discipline

Identify underperformance issues and coordinate with supervisors to implement improvement strategies

Monitor the performance of the Live Host team including productivity and engagement metrics

4) Workforce Planning & Staff Scheduling

  • Coordinate and manage staff scheduling, particularly for outlet operations that run 24 hours at R&R locations
  • Ensure sufficient manpower planning to maintain smooth operations across shifts
  • Assist supervisors in arranging shift rotations and manpower allocation

5) HR Reporting & Documentation

  • Prepare periodic HR performance reports and workforce analytics for management
  • Maintain proper documentation related to performance reviews, evaluation records, and disciplinary cases
  • Ensure performance management processes comply with company policies

6) Collaboration with Internal HR Team

  • Work closely with the HR team responsible for recruitment, payroll, and HR administration
  • Support HR initiatives related to employee engagement, performance improvement, and workforce development

Requirements

1) Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field
2) Minimum 1–3 years of experience in HR, preferably in performance management or HR analytics
3) Experience in KPI development and performance evaluation frameworks is an advantage
