We are currently seeking an experienced, thorough, and insightful cost controller to oversee cost management for our entire company.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor and control food & beverage cost
• Prepare cost analysis and variance report
• Conduct stock take and inventory control including all operating equipment
• Verify purchases, invoices and supplier pricing
• Work closely with kitchen and purchasing team
• Ensure proper costing portion control, and SOP compliance

Requirements:

• Experience in cost control/inventory/F&B operations (2-5 years preferred)
• Background in hotel, restaurant, catering, central kitchen, or food manufacturing
• Knowledge of Material Control system
• Retirees, senior candidates, or candidates with lower formal qualifications but solid hands-on experience are welcome
• Responsible, detail-oriented and able to work independently

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM4,500.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
