Job Summary

The Control Tower (Logistics) is responsible for monitoring end-to-end shipment visibility, coordinating logistics operations across multiple stakeholders, managing operational exceptions, and ensuring customer service commitments and operational KPIs are consistently achieved.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor end-to-end shipment movements from pickup to final delivery.
• Coordinate with customers, transport providers, warehouses, freight forwarders, carriers, and internal operations teams.
• Track shipment status and proactively resolve operational issues and delays.
• Monitor logistics KPIs, including On-Time Delivery (OTD), On-Time In-Full (OTIF), transit time, vehicle utilisation, and overall service performance.
• Prepare operational reports and analyse logistics performance to support continuous improvement.
• Support transportation planning, resource allocation, and cost optimisation initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with customer service standards and contractual service level agreements (SLAs).
• Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and logistics processes.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 1–3 years of working experience in logistics, transportation, freight forwarding, or supply chain operations.
• Fresh graduates with a strong interest in logistics and supply chain management are encouraged to apply.
• Strong analytical, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with Transportation Management Systems (TMS), Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), or other logistics systems will be an added advantage.
