Position : Special Services Support Agent

Industry: Transport and Logistics

Work Location: Uptown 5, 5 Jalan SS21/39, 47400 Petaling Jaya, Selangor, Malaysia

Work arrangement: Onsite

Employment Type : 12 months contract with PERSOL

Salary: RM2,800 - RM3,800 (based on experience & skills)

Job Responsibilities:

• Process shipment-related administration and documentation
• Coordinate daily shipment activities and operational support
• Provide shipment tracking updates and respond to customer enquiries
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and service standards
• Support customer satisfaction and retention initiatives
• Coordinate with internal teams and vendors to ensure smooth service delivery
• Assist in achieving service performance and operational targets

What We’re Looking For

• SPM, Diploma, Degree, or equivalent qualifications
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
• Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and manage tasks effectively
• Experience in logistics, transportation, courier, supply chain, or freight forwarding is an added advantage but not mandatory
