Key Responsibilities

• Update and maintain container movement records accurately.
• Perform data entry and maintain proper filing systems.
• Collect cash payments and issue receipts.
• Coordinate with customers and external parties on the release and collection of containers.
• Liaise with internal departments to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Provide efficient and professional customer service at the depot counter.

Requirements

• No experience is required. Training will be provided.
• Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Able to work independently with good time management and attention to detail.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills with a customer service mindset.
• Willing to work in Tuas and perform overtime when required.
