Role Description This full-time Human Resources Payroll role is based in Georgetown and follows a hybrid work arrangement, combining on-site presence with some work-from-home flexibility. The role involves managing end-to-end payroll processing, including data collection, verification of attendance and overtime, and ensuring accurate and timely salary payments. Daily tasks include maintaining employee records, administering benefits-related payroll components, handling payroll queries, and ensuring compliance with company policies and local regulations. The position also supports HR operations such as onboarding documentation, personnel file updates, and coordination with finance and other departments to resolve payroll-related issues. The role requires close attention to detail, confidentiality, and a commitment to delivering reliable HR and payroll support to employees and management.

Qualifications

  • Candidates should possess skills in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management to support day-to-day HR operations and employee lifecycle activities.
  • Candidates should possess skills in HR Policies and Personnel Management to ensure consistent application of procedures and effective workforce administration.
  • Candidates should possess skills in Employee Benefits to manage benefit-related payroll components and support employee inquiries.
  • Candidates should possess strong payroll processing and data accuracy skills, with experience in HRIS or payroll systems.
  • Candidates should possess good analytical and numerical abilities, with attention to detail and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Candidates should possess effective communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid work environment.
  • Relevant education in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field, and prior experience in HR payroll roles would be beneficial.
