Role Description The Computer Technician role at Isente Sdn Bhd is a full-time, on-site position based in Cyberjaya. The Computer Technician will perform day-to-day tasks such as diagnosing and resolving hardware and software issues, installing and configuring computer systems, and performing routine computer maintenance. Responsibilities include providing technical support to internal users, troubleshooting network connectivity and operating system problems, and coordinating computer repairs or replacements as needed. The role also involves maintaining accurate service records, ensuring systems are updated and secure, and collaborating with other IT team members to support ongoing system integration and business solution initiatives.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong skills in Technical Support, including assisting users with hardware and software issues and providing clear, customer-focused communication.
• Candidates should possess skills in Computer Maintenance and Computer Repair, including performing preventive maintenance, replacing components, and ensuring reliable system performance.
• Candidates should possess skills in Troubleshooting, including diagnosing system failures, identifying root causes, and implementing effective solutions in a timely manner.
• Candidates should possess knowledge of Operating Systems, including installation, configuration, updates, and basic security practices for common desktop and laptop environments.
• Additional beneficial qualifications include familiarity with basic networking concepts, attention to detail, good documentation practices, and the ability to work collaboratively in a team setting.
• A relevant diploma or degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, is preferred.
