Role Description

This is a contract Reporting Analyst role at HSS ProPick Technologies located in Petaling Jaya. The Report Developer will be responsible for analyzing and reporting on data, providing insights for business decision-making. This on-site role involves utilizing analytical skills, understanding knowledge of structures, drawings, and images that can be extracted, building meaningful content, and strong communication to deliver data analytics reports effectively.

Job Summary:

The Report Generation & Documentation Specialist will play a pivotal role in creating, maintaining, and improving Functional, General & Technical reports for our future Digital Transformation projects across various industries. This role requires a fair amount of understanding (user level) of design tools, 3D modeling structures, Graphical User Interface (GUI) software, etc. Prior experience in generating soft reports, 3D imaging software, Photoshop, and digital twin models of any structures is an added advantage. An ideal candidate stationed on-premises (desk work) should work closely with the on-field operations team. Cross-group collaboration is a primary requirement.

Selected candidates shall be trained to perform required tasks with extended support from the project team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Observe, analyze & comprehend the user requirements that are to be considered as KPI’s.
• Gather and analyze information extracted from various sources, such as Drone Imagery, Satellite data, and populate templates.
• Collaborate with the Field Ops team and professional engineering team to understand project specifications and deliverables.
• Access the software dashboard information and generate required reports from the information available.
• Ensure all reports adhere to company standards for accuracy, clarity, and authenticity.
• Maintain an organized database of all the reports and relevant documentation.
• Support the preparation of presentations and other communication materials as needed.
• Attend client meetings (online) to clarify or amend any requirements/changes to the reports.
• Engage with the project team, providing feedback on the available information and passing inputs as per client requirements.
• Ability to work remotely on a need basis.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Qualifications

• Analytical Skills and Data Analytics proficiency
• 1 to 2 years of Reporting & Analysis experience
• Experience in building Reports for any kind of physical structures using images, drawings, and other inputs
• Exposure to the Telco industry is an added advantage
• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree
• Malaysian Citizen
• Strong Communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English
• Experience with data visualization tools
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite & Acrobat
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
