We are seeking a highly motivated and technically strong Technical Lead (IT) to join our Engineering team. This role is responsible for leading the design, development, and delivery of enterprise applications while providing technical guidance to software engineers. The Technical Lead plays a critical role in driving solution quality, engineering excellence, system modernization, and successful project delivery that supports the organization's business objectives and digital transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead application design, technical solutioning, and development activities across projects and enhancements.
• Translate business requirements into scalable, secure, and maintainable technical solutions.
• Review and approve technical designs, code changes, and architecture decisions.
• Provide hands-on leadership in development, troubleshooting, performance tuning, and production issue resolution.
• Define and enforce software engineering standards, coding practices, and development methodologies.
• Collaborate with Business Analysts, Solution Architects, Infrastructure, DevOps, QA, and vendor teams to deliver solutions successfully.
• Drive technical delivery planning, effort estimation, dependency management, and risk mitigation activities.
• Support application modernization initiatives, cloud adoption, API integration, and microservices implementation.
• Mentor and coach software engineers, providing technical guidance and career development support.
• Ensure compliance with security, governance, audit, and regulatory requirements.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 8 years of software development experience with at least 3 years in technical leadership role.
• Proven experience delivering enterprise-scale application development and system integration projects.
• Strong experience working within Agile and DevOps environments.
• Experience leading cross-functional technical teams and managing technical delivery risks.
• Familiarity with cloud technologies, container platforms, and modern software development practices.

Skills:

• Strong software design and architecture principles.
• Proficiency in .NET, Java, C#, or other enterprise development technologies.
• Experience with REST APIs, microservices, and event-driven architectures.
• Strong knowledge of SQL Server, Oracle, or other enterprise databases.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Azure DevOps, Git, and automated deployment processes.
• Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, AKS, and cloud-native development practices.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills.
