Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Store Manager role based in WP, Kuala Lumpur. The Store Manager oversees daily store operations, including staff scheduling, sales floor management, and inventory control. The role is responsible for leading and coaching the team to deliver excellent customer service, achieve sales targets, and maintain visual merchandising standards. The Store Manager ensures adherence to company policies, implements retail loss prevention measures, and handles customer inquiries and feedback. The position also involves monitoring store performance, preparing basic reports, and collaborating with management on promotional activities and improvements.

Qualifications

• Customer-focused skills, including Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service, with the ability to build lasting relationships.
• Strong Communication skills, including clear verbal and written interactions with customers and team members.
• Store Management capabilities, including supervising staff, coordinating operations, and managing inventory.
• Knowledge of Retail Loss Prevention practices to safeguard store assets and minimize shrinkage.
• Previous experience in retail or sports/performance products is an advantage.
• Ability to lead a diverse team, motivate staff, and resolve conflicts effectively.
• Basic numerical and reporting skills for tracking sales, inventory, and store performance.
• Willingness to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays, as required.
