Role Description The Human Resources Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in WP Kuala Lumpur. This position is responsible for supporting day-to-day HR operations, including maintaining employee records, preparing HR documentation, and assisting with payroll and benefits administration. The role involves managing employee relations matters, supporting the implementation of HR policies and procedures, and coordinating recruitment, onboarding, and exit processes. The Human Resources Executive will also assist in organizing training and development activities, ensuring compliance with labor regulations, and providing HR support to managers and team members. Collaboration with other departments and maintaining confidentiality and professionalism in all HR matters are key aspects of t

Qualifications

  • Candidates should possess skills in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management, including the ability to support strategic and operational HR initiatives.
  • Candidates should possess skills in HR Operations, such as handling documentation, HR systems, payroll support, and benefits administration.
  • Candidates should possess skills in Employee Relations, including conflict resolution, performance-related discussions, and engagement activities.
  • Candidates should possess skills in developing, interpreting, and implementing HR Policies in alignment with company standards and local regulations.
  • Relevant qualifications such as a diploma or degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across all levels of the organization.
  • High level of integrity, confidentiality, and attention to detail, with good organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with HRIS or HR-related software; experience in property development or construction industries is an advantage.
