Full Time Planner Jobs, Salary up to MYR 4,500 in SAM Engineering & Equipment (M) Bhd Pulau Pinang - Maukerja

Key Responsibilities

• Process customer orders and ensure accurate order entry into the system.
• Plan and schedule production jobs based on customer orders and forecasts.
• Prepare and maintain weekly and monthly production schedules to meet delivery commitments.
• Coordinate with Procurement, Production, and Logistics to ensure timely material availability and smooth workflow.
• Monitor project progress and conduct regular production status meetings with operations teams.
• Ensure all BOM materials are issued before job completion.
• Monitor inventory aging and support inventory optimization initiatives.
• Prepare shipment schedules and coordinate deliveries with the Logistics team.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production planning efficiency.
• Perform other duties assigned by the superior.

Requirements

• Diploma, Advanced/Higher Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, or equivalent in any discipline.
• 1–3 years of experience in Production Planning, Planning, or Manufacturing Operations.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and ERP systems is an advantage.
• Strong planning, coordination, and organizational skills.
• Good communication skills with the ability to work effectively across departments.
• Able to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
