Key Responsibilities

• Assist in coordinating daily production and operational activities.
• Prepare and maintain operational reports, records and documentation.
• Monitor production schedules and follow up on work progress.
• Coordinate with Production, Warehouse, Purchasing, QC and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
• Update inventory, stock movement and production records.
• Assist in preparing Purchase Requisitions (PR), Purchase Orders (PO) and other operational documents.
• Follow up with suppliers and internal departments on material deliveries and operational requirements.
• Ensure compliance with company SOPs, safety requirements and operational procedures.
• Support management with data analysis, reporting and administrative tasks.
• Perform any other duties assigned by Management.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Industrial Management or a related field.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Candidates with 1–2 years of relevant experience will have an added advantage.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook.
• Strong organizational, communication and coordination skills.
• Able to work independently and under pressure in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Good problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
• Possess a valid Class D Driving Licence.
• Own transportation is preferred.
• Willing to travel or work overtime when required.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
