Roles and Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain integrations with third-party systems using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, or iPaaS tools. Automate repetitive tasks and workflows to improve efficiency.
- Perform unit, integration, and UAT testing. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during and post-implementation.
- Monitor system performance and user adoption.
- Provide L2/L3 support and coordinate with product vendors for issue resolution.
Skillset
- Customer facing, strong Team lead experience
- Experience with GEP SMART - S2P, Demand and Supply Management
- Good Communication
- Strong analytical, problem solving, troubleshooting skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-changing, dynamic environment
- Strong consulting mindset, exceptional client Interfacing skills
- Prior experience in leading implementation teams would be desirable
Education
- B E or any graduation with 10 to 18 years of experience
