Job Responsibilities:
- Prepare and maintain accurate accounting records with accordance with company policies and applicable accounting standards
- Handle the full set of accounts, including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Fixed Assets, and Bank Reconciliation.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports.
- Perform month-end and year-end closing activities within the stipulated timeline.
- Prepare schedules and supporting documents for audit and tax compliance.
- Monitor intercompany transactions, reconciliations, and balance confirmations.
- Monitor accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions.
- Monitor fixed assets and maintain the fixed asset register.
- Assist in cash flow monitoring and financial reporting.
- Ensure proper documentation and compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
- Support implementation and compliance with Malaysia e-Invoicing requirements.
- Liaise with auditors, tax agents, bankers, suppliers, and internal departments when required.
- Participate in process improvements and finance-related projects.
- Perform other accounting and administrative duties assigned by the Senior Accountant and management.
Requirements:
- Possess at least Diploma/Advanced Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent. Candidate obtained ACCA are preferable.
- Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience.
- Knowledge of accounting software, preferable in AutoCount.
- Possess initiative and excellent communication skills.
- Able to work in a team and a good sense of responsibility.

- Working Hours: Monday to Friday (9am-6pm) and Saturday (9am-1pm)
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,300.00 per month
